The Missing Piece in ADHD Services

Supporting Service Users with ADHD Symptoms—Before and After Diagnosis

NICE guidelines (2018) state that the first-line treatment for ADHD should begin with structured, supportive psychological interventions and environmental modifications—before medication is prescribed. Yet across the UK, thousands of individuals are left sitting on diagnostic waiting lists without access to any form of structured support.

This gap not only increases risk and inequality for service users, but places additional strain on already stretched health and social care systems. For those who are diagnosed, limited clinical capacity and specialist provision mean that meaningful, ongoing support is often out of reach.

Acendr® offers a scalable, high-impact solution that fills this critical gap. Designed as a digital, low-intensity psychological intervention, the programme provides practical life-skills coaching that empowers individuals to better manage symptoms—whether or not they’ve received a formal diagnosis.

Service users access consistent, evidence-based content developed and delivered by trained professionals, with lived-experience insight embedded throughout. The Acendr program is available on-demand, with no waiting lists, no missed appointments, and no need for group sessions—making it a highly accessible option for a client group often affected by anxiety, overwhelm, and executive dysfunction.

Acendr® has been successfully piloted within an NHS Trust, delivering strong outcomes and positive feedback. It enables organisations to support individuals immediately, at low cost, without the delays and resource demands of traditional delivery models. Available 24/7, it reduces the need for travel, childcare, and time away from work—while cutting costs and environmental impact.

By commissioning Acendr, you are not only aligning with NICE guidance—you’re investing in preventative support, improving service user outcomes, and delivering high social value at low cost, through accessible, effective intervention.

Business and Corporate

Enhance Inclusion. Improve Performance. Empower Neurodiverse Talent.

Support employees with ADHD symptoms—whether formally diagnosed or not—while strengthening workplace culture, retention, and productivity.

Under the Equality Act (2010), neurodiverse individuals are legally protected in the workplace. Meeting compliance standards is essential, but real business value comes from going beyond the legal minimum. Creating an inclusive environment, not only supports individual wellbeing—it directly contributes to improved engagement, performance, and organisational success.

What is the Acendr Program?

The Acendr Program is an evidence-based, digital coaching program designed to support neurodiverse employees through a holistic, life-skills-based approach. Instead of isolated training on attention or memory, the program addresses the broader challenges that impact both professional and personal life. This empowers individuals to build sustainable routines, develop self-awareness, and feel more confident at work.

Available 24/7 and fully digital and self-pacing, our program allows employees to engage with content at their own pace, without disrupting productivity or requiring time away from work. The Acendr Program is designed specifically for neurodiverse learners—incorporating dopamine-enhancing content, engaging formats, and an accessible, user-led structure.

Aligned with NICE guidelines(2018) for ADHD support, our Program has already been successfully piloted within an NHS Trust, receiving excellent feedback. It supports businesses to fulfil their duty of care, advancing their Diversity & Inclusion commitments, and reducing environmental and logistical costs associated with traditional in-person interventions. Discreet and individualised, it’s an effective alternative to group-based support, which can often feel overwhelming for neurodiverse individuals.

By integrating Acendr into your workplace, you demonstrate meaningful support for neurodiversity—while unlocking measurable benefits for your organisation’s performance and culture.

Take the next step in workplace inclusion.

3rd Sector

Empowering Neurodiverse Communities Through Accessible, High-Impact Support

As a third sector organisation, your mission is to create social value and build stronger, more resilient communities. You see firsthand how neurodiversity—particularly ADHD—can shape lives, often intersecting with challenges like unemployment, addiction, homelessness, and exclusion from education or work.

We also know that individuals with ADHD are overrepresented in the UK’s prison population and among those categorised as NEET. Despite this, community-based services often lack the clinical expertise or capacity to deliver the kind of structured support that’s truly needed.

Acendr provides an immediate, affordable way to fill that gap.

Our Acendr digital coaching program offers a holistic, life-skills-based intervention that helps individuals understand and manage symptoms of ADHD—whether or not they have a diagnosis. Developed and delivered by a qualified mental health professional, with lived-experience expertise at its core, Acendr offers consistent, engaging support that fits around the services you already deliver.

There are no waiting lists, no group sessions, and no missed appointments. Service users can access the content 24/7, in their own time, with repeated access as needed. The format is stimulating, neurodiverse-friendly, and designed to reduce anxiety and overwhelm—making it highly accessible for those who may struggle in traditional group settings.

Flexible access periods (typically 8–12 weeks) mean organisations can easily integrate the program into wider support pathways. It has already been successfully piloted in an NHS Trust, with strong outcomes and positive feedback. The Acendr Program aligns with NICE guidelines (2018) for ADHD and brings measurable social value—empowering individuals while reducing demand on overstretched services.

By offering the Acendr Program, your organisation can extend its impact, deliver early intervention, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those who are often hardest to reach.

We don't offer our ADHD Acendr program as 'just another module' amongst a collection of courses aimed at several health conditions. Neither do we buy in course content, or use AI generated content, or provide clinical content for any companies.

We want to reassure you from the start that when you choose the Acendr program, you are gaining access to a specialised program which has been developed from our own expertise of ADHD - both clinical and by lived experience, and is delivered using a formula designed to be both brain-receptive and neuro-affirmative-friendly.

We are proud to pledge that we are absolutely and specifically committed to the empowerment, support and personal development of adults bravely facing the daily challenge of living with the many, sometimes traumatising, and frequently debilitating, symptoms of ADHD.

Program user testimonials

Don't just take our word for it!

"The best thing about the program is the support it gives people waiting for a diagnosis. When I found out I was on the waiting list for ADHD, there was no further support. This has been a great experience for my feelings to be validated and helpful tips to manage symptoms on ADHD. It is ADHD friendly, easy to complete and there are resources you can keep for life"

Jessica B, Northants

"Since starting the program I have found a feeling of unity, understanding, self-awareness and I no longer feel as alone"

VL, UK

"I like that the course is fairly laid back and easy to get into...and stay focused"

KY, UK

"Two specific things that stand out for me; first of all the flexibility to work around your own schedule. This makes it so much easier than trying to fit several appointments into my day, especially as I work shifts. Second, the resources provided are really helpful, even those relating to areas I already have relatively under control"

LM, Northamptonshire

"I like how I can access it when I need, like evenings and weekends when I have more time or energy. I also enjoy the videos and find the content engaging and informative"

KK, UK

"The best part about the program is how accessible it is. It was easy to login and explore the site. There are visual and auditory tools so it makes it easier to focus and concentrate. It is clear to see, that the resources are designed by and for neurotypical people and the community is a safe space"
