How the Acendr Program Works

The Acendr program provides structured ADHD life-skills support that organisations can
offer to people waiting for assessment, recently diagnosed, or seeking practical strategies to
manage everyday life.

Step 1 – Referral or Invitation

Organisations offer the Acendr program to individuals who may benefit from structured
ADHD life-skills support.

This may include people:
• waiting for ADHD assessment

• recently diagnosed with ADHD
• seeking practical ADHD self-management support
Participants receive an invitation to access the program online.

Step 2 – Secure Login Access

Participants receive secure login access to the Acendr platform and can begin the program
immediately.

No appointments or clinical sessions are required.

Step 3 – Eight Structured Sessions

Participants work through eight structured sessions designed to build practical ADHD life
skills.

Sessions include:
• understanding ADHD
• organisation and planning
• motivation and focus
• emotional regulation
• confidence and self-advocacy
Each session includes ADHD-friendly video learning and practical tools.

Step 4 – Self-Paced Learning

The program is available 24/7, allowing participants to learn at a pace that works for them
and revisit materials whenever needed.

Step 5 – Practical Skills for Everyday Life

Participants develop practical strategies they can apply in everyday life, helping them build
confidence, self-awareness and greater independence.

Resources can continue to be used beyond completion of the program.
